Choose Gilda’s Club Delaware Valley as your charity of choice for your next business, organization or school fundraiser. Third party events assist Gilda’s by raising much-needed funds and by providing opportunities to increase awareness of our free cancer support program.

What is a third party event?

A third-party event is a fundraising activity conducted by a non-affiliated individual or group where Gilda’s Club Delaware Valley has no planning/implementation responsibility and little staff involvement.

What must I do to hold a third party event?

To submit your form, ask questions or to request an electronic version of our logo, please contact us at events@gildasclubdelval.org. Forms may also be submitted by fax at 215.441.3295 or mail to:

After the form has been received, a Gilda’s Club staff member will contact you regarding your event.

Please note, Gilda’s Club Delaware Valley requests that we approve all materials (brochures, advertisements, media releases, programs, etc.), regardless of format (electronic, hard copy or web-based), that contain our name and/or logo prior to production.

We also want to support your third party event by advertising on our website.

Third party events ideas

Don’t be afraid to be creative and make an event your own! However, if you need some ideas, please check out our list of examples below. Third party events can be as simple as a car wash or raffle or more complex such as a golf tournament or marathon. Please do not hesitate to contact Gilda’s Club Delaware Valley staff with your questions or for guidance at 215.441.3290 or events@gildasclubdelval.org.

Examples of great fundraising activities include bake sales, walk-a-thons, car washes, game nights, raffles, auctions, pancake breakfasts, fashion shows, dinners, dances, and donations in lieu of gifts for holidays, birthdays, weddings, or anniversaries.
